Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more before scheduled appointment and will be refunded in full but cancellations made less than 24 hours before set appointment will result in no refund. No reschedules or cancellations are taken through email or voicemail and must speak directly to an employee. No same day cancelations or reschedule. The day of your scheduled appointment you must keep the time slot you booked.
